This syrup is so easy and pairs really nicely with our shrubs for yummy autumn drinks. It keeps really well in the fridge.

  • 1 cup feijoa flesh
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • lemon juice & zest

Whizz up your feijoa flesh in the blender with water, add to a pan with sugar and boil gently for a minute or two. Add lemon juice and zest to taste. Cool slightly then bottle. Store in the fridge and use with soda water for a delicious seasonal drink.
